Flow - A dynamic and well-rounded class linking breath to movement. In this class you will access all areas of the body and play with strength, flexibility and balance while jammin' out to a music-filled flow. This class is creative, sweaty, fun and a perfect way to start or end your day. Yogis of all levels are more than welcome but we recommend having three yoga classes under your belt before attending our vinyasa class.

Back to Basics - An ode to tradition, our back to basics class is designed for beginner yogis looking to breakdown key poses or anyone looking to revisit alignment and correctly build hatha postures. No experience recommended.

Yin - Mind over matter is the name of the game. In this relaxing but mentally challenging practice, you will hold poses for 3-5 minutes, sweetly opening areas of the body and finding a deep release by the end of the hour. No experience recommended.

Restorative - Give yourself a delicious break with our restorative practice. This class is prop-heavy and effort-light. You will feel an unparalleled sense of relaxation and leave ready to have the best sleep of your life. No experience recommended.
